Job Description

1) Controlling of budgets and general costs for responsible cost
centers in AP

2) Controlling of CP-personal capacity for responsible CP departments
in AP

3) Reporting and planning: MGB, BP, CF and related data analysis

4) Stabilized operative controlling. Proactive and transparent analysis
of still to go, deviations and chances/risks, satisfy irregular request as
management support.

5) Financing of CP within the framework of the allocation concept: Cost
allocation and charging calculation support, first window communication with AP
RGBs

6) Ensure/Support operative invoicing incl. contracting issues

7) Interpretation, implementation and improvement of
CP-Controlling-Standards/Processes with CP/PUC central and region(s)

8) Overall coordinator of allocation and charging topics for all CP
functions in AP: ability of explain general concept of allocation model,
proactive clarification for possible changes

9) Demand from GB/CTG collection, verification and solution

10) Other tasks management assign

Qualifications

？

• Bachelor degree or above in business
  administration or equivalent
• More than 2 years in controlling or purchasing
  activities or above 3 years’ commercial working experience
• General finance and controlling knowledge and
  skills
• Very good communication skill
• Capability to integrate and work independently
  in a multinational team.
• Able to work initiatively and efficiently under
  pressure
• Analytical thinking
• Open and quickly adaptive
• Good written and oral English
