岗位要求：

1. 客户职位需求评估分析，分析招聘需求的详细信息并实施有效的招聘行动；

2. 制定搜索方向以及目标，快速搜寻到合适候选人；

3. 面试和甄选候选人，根据客户的需求和特点，推荐合适的候选人；

4. 跟进已推荐候选人的面试安排，反馈，思想变化，并提供专业意见；

5. 负责候选人薪资谈判、背景调查、入职及入职跟踪等服务;

6. 与候选人保持良好及稳定的关系。

 

任职资格：

1. 大专以上学历；

2. 一年以上猎头行业工作经验，熟悉各种招聘渠道，能快速展开职位搜寻工作；

3. 良好的英文听说读写能力；

4. 优秀的沟通和协调能力，有责任心；

5. 销售特质，结果导向，有志在猎头行业长期发展。
