职位描述
1.熟悉和遵守有关设备管理、运行等方面的法规、规范、安全规程及标准，负责制定设备、设施管理的各种规章制度，出具设备、设施巡检表等；
2.负责所辖设备及系统的监督、管理、为客户提供工程服务等工作。处理日常工作失误及突发事件。
3.负责配合维修保养商开展分管设备系统的维修保养工作，负责监督设备维修保养全过程的质量以及测试验收工作。
4.对员工进行岗位职责培训，勤检查、勤督促，严格要求员工执行岗位职责制。
