具体内容：

10年以上呼叫中心/BPO/CRM行业大客户管理、销售经验。对呼叫中心/外包业务有深刻理解。良好的大客户维护、开发能力。具备抗压能力。英语听说读写熟练。

Essential Job Elements:

• Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering them and understanding their business needs and objectives
• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Ensure the meeting of assigned financial target
• Ensure high client satisfaction
• Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
• Forecast and track key account metrics
• Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment
• Effectively communicating the value proposition through proposals and presentations
• Understanding industry specific landscapes and trends, reporting on the forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts
• Prepare and maintain account development plans for specific major accounts

Profile and Experience:

• CRM BPO /outsourcing business development and account management experience with a consultative selling and solutioning approach
• Proven account management experience, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Proven leadership skills to lead/coordinate extended pursuit team in global setting and drive results with speed
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
• Fluency in Chinese and Mandarin
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• BA/BS degree or equivalent
• Over 10 years of relevant working experience
• Experience in handling large MNC enterprise is an advantage
• Experience in BPO or other outsource service industry is an advantage
