Role - Business Development Manager.

We are recruiting experienced Business Development Managers - this is a hunter role and you are driven by closing sales.

We have a vast database of potential customers which can be used to assist you in your role, but you should also be active in the sourcing of new customers through your knowledge of the property industry and market. Our customers are predominantly international property agents, brokerages and real estate franchise groups who are looking to reach Chinese buyers. As our customers are largely overseas, this role requires outstanding telephone manner and happy, engaging personalities.


Requirements:
- Experience in out-bound sales environment
- Experience in a customer orientated environment
- Proven track record as sales performer in relevant industry (online media, advertising or directory services)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Results oriented
- Ability to perform in a fast moving environment
- Able to perform under pressure
- Effective time management
- Be passionate about the industry we serve
- Enthusiasm for the business we work in
- Fluent in Spoken and written English
- Role based in Shanghai or Hong Kong
- Solid computer skills (email, social media, web based applications)
