工作内容及职责：

1、 熟练掌握qPCR相关各项技能和原理，包含核酸样品制备，反应液制备和上机操作，能够独立完成实验； Proficient in qPCR related skills and principles, including nucleic acid sample preparation, reaction liquid preparation and computer operation, able to complete the experiment independently

2、 执行qPCR相关的检测及稳定性项目； Performed qPCR -related detection and stability projects

3、 撰写相关仪器设备的使用SOP、检测记录及数据整理； Write SOP, test record and data collection of related instruments and equipment

4、 qPCR相关试剂的管理； Management of qPCR related reagents

5、 实验室环境卫生的管理与维护； Manage and maintain laboratory environmental hygiene

6、 完成主管安排的其他任务。 Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

任职资格：

1、 生物技术相关专业，本科学历及以上，2年相关工作经验； Major in biotechnology, bachelor degree or above, 2 years of relevant working experience

2、 熟悉分子生物学相关知识和实验室相关仪器； Familiar with knowledge of molecular biology and relevant laboratory instruments

3、有基于PCR定量方法的开发或优化经验者优先； Experience in development or optimization based on PCR quantitative method is preferred

4、 有支持QC方法确认或验证经验者优先； Experience in supporting QC method confirmation or verification is preferred

5、 熟悉Excel ，word，PPT 等常用办公软件；熟悉cGMPS与实验室安全知识； Familiar with common office software such as Excel, word and PPT; Familiar with cGMPS and laboratory safety knowledge

6、 良好的英文读写能力，CET4级。 Good English reading and writing skills, CET4
