Deloitte China Tax and Business Advisory is the only Big Four practice that works As One across Greater China Region including the Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan with nearly 2,500 tax people to advise and assist clients concerning tax and business issues. It is also a Tier One tax practice in Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong and Taiwan (International Tax Review？ˉs World Tax 2014).

Responsibility:

1. 负责平台产品模块及组件设计、开发与测试, 及相关系统的集成接口开发联调;

2. 负责应用的日常维护与功能优化，分析和解决系统生产环境上遇到的各种问题;

3. 负责系统的性能调优，包括对现有架构的优化与数据库优化等；

Qualifications:

1. Java基础扎实, 熟练使用第三方开源库, 并了解实现模式；

2. 具备良好的面向对象编程能力, 熟悉设计模式，并具有规范的开发、设计文档写作能力；

3. 2年以上Web及前端开发经验，包括Javascript、ajax、json、jQuery等开源框架;

4. 3年以上Java服务器端开发经验，熟悉J2EE体系架构, Structs, Spring, Hibernate等；

5. 熟悉Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB等数据库开发；

5. 熟悉Maven项目构建；

6. 有分布式系统项目开发, 设计经验者优先；

7. 能够独立承担产品模块功能设计和开发；

8. 有较好的沟通和团队协作能力；

9. 有责任心，积极向上，有严谨的工作态度，做事谨慎细致，考虑问题全面；

10. 统招本科及以上学历，5年及以上项目经验，参与过的开源项目者优先；

11.有财务,税务背景者优先；

12.有互联网从业经验者优先；

13.可接受少量出差。
