Responsibilities:职责

1. 负责处理罗达消防产品的现场安装，售后维护；必要时，给客户进行产品培训；

2. 负责在客户现场处理客诉，给出临时解决方案；

3. 负责和技术工程师进行沟通，及时处理客户投诉；在规定的时间内，出具技术分析报告，并提出让客户满意的解决方案；

4. 及时进行售后案例总结，并汇报给部门经理

5. 按主管要求执行其他任务。

Requirements: 要求

1. 机械、化工、燃气等专业大专以上学历；

2. 有售后或客户现场处理经历者优先；

3. 熟悉消防产品，包括固定管网、火探产品，有相关产品经验者优先；

4. 适应出差工作；
