一、工作职责：

1、负责新产品的开发及工艺设计，编制作业指导书和产品的BOM表。分析和解决新产品研制过程中出现的技术问题。Responsible for new product development and process design，Prepare work instruction and product BOM. Analyze and solve technical problems in the course of the development of new products.

2、负责新产品成本评估，样品准备。Responsible for new product cost estimation, sample preparation.

3、负责工装夹具图纸设计，并追踪制作进度及技术指导Responsible for fixture、jig design , tracking the manufacturing schedule and technical guidance.

4、负责产品制造过程中出现的各种技术及质量问题的分析，并提出解决方案；Responsible for all kinds of technical and quality problems in the process of product manufacturing , and put forward the solution;

5、负责生产工艺的改进，现有产品的成本降低，协助生产部门的改善活动。Responsible for production process improvement, The cost reduction of existing products, assist the production department OPEX Kaizen event.

6、部门其他部署工作Other tasks assigned by manager.

二、职位资格及能力要求：

1.本科学历，3-5年相关职位工作经验Bachelor degree； 3-5 years Working experience in related position or industry

2.良好的英语听、说、读、写能力，能够处理英文资料及可以英文汇报Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, able to deal with English and can report in English

3.熟悉自动化设备相关专业知识，基本了解电气控制Familiar with automation equipment, basic knowledge of electrical control

4.对机械加工有足够认识，能熟练运用AUTOCAD、Pro-E Have sufficient knowledge of mechanical processing, it will be a priority to use AUTOCAD、Pro-E

5.善于沟通协调，有良好的团队合作精神及实际动手能力Good at communication and coordination, have good team work spirit and practical ability
