Qualifications 任职要求:

1. 建筑工程、造价、预算等相关大专以上学历；

Associate degree or above in construction engineering, cost, budget, etc.;

2. 精通Excel表格制作，精通判断公式函数等操作并能独立制表；

Proficient in Excel spreadsheet production and judgment formula functions and other operations and can independently tabulate;

3. 有暖通及电气给排水经验、英语熟练者优先考虑;

Experience in HVAC and electrical water supply and drainage, and fluent English is a plus;

4. 1年以上相关工作经验；

Above 1 year relevant work experience;

Job Description 工作描述:

1. 负责对设计模型估算、施工图预算、工程量计算并审核，提供设计变更成本建议；

Responsible for design model estimation, construction drawing budget, engineering quantity calculation and review, and providing suggestions of cost of design change;

2. 工程款支付审核，结算管理，概预算与决算报告；

Project payment review, settlement management, budget estimation and final report;

3. 能够根据投标模型进行前期工程算量和预估价，并参考深化模型完成后期精准报价;

Ability to perform pre-engineering calculations and estimated prices based on the bidding model, and refer to the deepening model to complete the final precision quotation;

4. 能够根据Sketchup模型进行基础算量，并对Solidworks有一定了解。

Ability to perform basic calculations based on the Sketchup model and know how to use Solidworks.
