职位描述
Job Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls, live chat and emails
- Generate sales leads and collect the payment from the customer.
- Handle post sales cases and complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Job Requirements
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies, basic written and oral English &Mandarin skill
- Good computer skills in spreadsheets and word processing
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines
- Strong motivation and ability to take initiative with little direction
- Experience in back end processes such as data entry, data upload will be an advantage
7.4 rotating shifts: 7:00-16:00, 11:00-20:00, 15:00-24:00, 23:00-7:00
