岗位职责

1.负责处理客户订单及交付；

2.跟踪货物交付情况，与物流协调；

3.对交付货物的标签处理工作；

4.对不能按时完成的订单与客户及时沟通，协调；

5.处理客户退换货事宜；

6.对于库存不足的产品提醒排产；
