一、岗位职责：

1、全面领导公司总体财务与会计管理工作，包括战略规划、年度预算、总帐、财报、内控、年审、银行、税务、资金计划等；

2、根据公司实际状况，建立科学、系统、符合上市公司要求的财务核算体系和财务监控体系，并不断进行修正与完善；

3、 负责公司年度预算的制定、调整与执行结果的监控、报告，确保公司业绩达到既定目标；

4、依据上市公司内控要求，建立并完善公司全面内控制度，使公司内审控制完全符合上市要求；

5、制定公司资金运营计划，保证公司战略发展的资金需求，监督资金管理报告和预、决算，审批公司重大资金流向；

6、参与公司投资行为、重要经营活动等方面的决策和方案制定工作，主持对重大投资项目和经营活动的风险评估、指导、跟踪和财务风险控制；

7、实时调用与跟踪国内上市监管政策，准确把握公司上市所需要的各种硬性指标，不断完善公司治理结构；

8、建立和完善财务部门，同时领导财务系统的培训与考核工作，提高财务系统人员的业务素质；

9、根据公司发展需要，规划并完成外部融资任务，并协调公司同银行、工商、税务等政府部门的关系，维护公司利益等。

二、任职要求：

1、会计、财务或金融类专业本科以上学历，拥有高级会计师或注册会计师（CPA）资质优先考虑；

2、五年以上公司财务总监经验，熟悉新三板挂牌相关财务工作要求；

3、具有较全面的财务专业理论知识、现代企业管理知识，熟悉国家各项相关财务、税务、审计、金融法规和政策；

4、熟悉税法政策、营运分析、成本控制及成本核算；

5、具有丰富的资金筹划、融资及资本运作经验；

6、优秀的沟通与人际交往能力，工作细致、严谨，并具有战略前瞻性思维等！
