Engineering Department assistant

Report to VP of engineering to complete daily administration and secretarial jobs in engineering Department.
-travel arrangement, air-tickets/hotel booking -Visa application -team activity org -prepare expense reimbursement report -meeting org. meeting schedule track -other assignment if required

Requirement:

- Bachelor degree or above,major in Science and engineering.

- 1+ years of office administration works,some experience of foreign company.

- Have the patience to repeatedly follow-up on action items and get status updates.

- Speak and write English for daily office communication.

- Good interface and communication skills .


工作内容：

向工程部VP汇报，完成日常行政和秘书工作，
包括行程安排，机票宾馆预定，申请签证，团队活动组织，准备费用报销单，会议组织安排和其他需要办理的事务


要求：
1. 学历要求本科以上，理工科专业（必须）
2. 有一年以上行政秘书或助理经验，有外资企业工作经验
3. 工作仔细耐心，能够应付繁复的日常工作
4. 英语良好，能够和外籍人士直接对话
5. 良好的沟通能力
