Production Sustain

1.Production Problem Analysis and Solving.

生产问题的分析和解决。

2.Establish maintenance guides and solution of flaws as well as the necessities of reflections from the point of cost benefit.

从成本效益的角度建立维修指南和缺陷解决方案，以及反思的必要性。

Line transfer / Layouts

3.Production Line Design includes layouts, Material Flow, Tools, Machine and Fixture Design and SOP, FMEA.

生产线设计包括布局、物料流程、工装夹具设计及SOP、FMEA。

4.Training manuals elaboration as well as training the personnels.

培训手册的编写以及人员的培训。

5.Lead or Assist in the production line transfer project.

领导或协助生产线转移项目。

Continuous improvement

6.Continuous improvement in manufacturing by implementing LEAN.

通过精益生产持续改进。

Requirements: 要求

1.Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering 、Mechanical-Electric Engineering、 Industrial Automation.

机械工程、机电工程或工业自动化专业本科以上学历。

2.3 years experience in the Manufacturing field.

3年以上制造行业工作经验。

3.Be familiar with the Pneumatic control and PLC, Fixture Design.

熟悉气动控制、PLC和夹具设计。

4.Experiences of LEAN Implementing is preferred.

有精益生产经验者优先。

5.Good spoken and written English skill.

良好的英语听说读写能力。

6.Self stimulated and team work spirit.

自我激励和团队合作精神。
