Job Purpose

· The buyer is responsible for customer request collection, purchasing resource allocation and customer PO follow up..

 

Key Functions

· Collecting region purchasing request 负责客户采购需求的整理。

· Preparing for RFQ documentation package according to product and supplier

category. 根据产品和供应商的分类，进行报价文件包的准备。

· Tracking Supplier quotation and price analysis.负责供应商报价的跟踪和价格分析。

· Creating and Releasing PO to supplier.负责订单的制订和发放。

· Monitoring Supplier PO delivery status.对发放给供应商的订单进行跟踪，确保按时交货。

· Collecting Raw Material Price information and data for analysis.收集与采购物品相关的

原材料供应商和价格信息。

· Communicating with region for payment and delivery.就货物发运付款事宜与客户联系

确认。

· Assisting on new supplier development and daily management.协助供应商的开发和日

常管理。

· Coordinate technical issue between engineer and supplier.涉及供应商提出的技术要求

异议，负责协调工程师进行确认。

· Supplier Delivery Performance Tracing and Analyzing.供应商交货绩效的数据统计和分

析。

Previous Experience Required

NA

Minimum Education

· Junior College

· Mechanical Major is preferred.

Special Knowledge and Skills

· Fluency in English (reading and written) is required

· Good inter-personal and communication skill

· Good MicroSoft Software application experience on Excel, Access, Word, and

Powerpoint.
