职位描述
工作内容及职责 Job content andResponsibilities
1、 按GMP要求起草、更新部门管理文件； Draft and update the department management documents.
2、 负责部门操作程序管理体系合规及持续改进。 Responsible for department operation procedure management system compliance and continuous improvement.
3、 建立、完善部门对照品、样品、试剂、耗材等物料的管理制度； Establish and improve the management procedure of reference standards, samples, reagents, consumables and other materials in the department.
4、 建立产品的稳定性研究方案、完善留样管理制度，并落实执行； Establish the product stability research scheme, improve the retention sample management procedure, and implement it.
5、 检定用细胞库的管理与维护； Management and maintenance of identification cell bank.
6、 对团队实验数据及时进行汇总与分析； Summarize and analyze the experimental data in time.
7、 对仪器、设备的状态进行检查、维护；Check and maintain the status of instruments and equipments.
8、 对检验工作计划的落实及实验记录的完成技术性及规范性进行检查；Check the implementation of the inspection work plan and the completion of the test record.
9、 协助完成微生物、理化、环境等相关检测； Assist in the analysis of microorganisms, physicochemical and environmental problem
10、完成上级交付的其他工作。 Complete other work delivered by superior.
任职资格 Qualification
1、 生物工程、生物技术、药学或相关专业本科以上学历； Bachelor degree or above in biological engineering, biotechnology, pharmacy or related majors.
2、 5年以上制药行业质量控制/质量保证工作经验； At least 5 years working experience in quality control / quality assurance in pharmaceutical industry.
3、 良好的英文读写能力，CET4； Good English reading and writing skills, CET4;
4、 熟练使用Excel，word，PPT等常用办公软件；Proficient in common office software such as Excel, word, PPT.
5、 良好的沟通交流与团队合作能力； Good communication and teamwork skills.
6、 丰富的cGMP与实验室生物安全知识； Rich knowledge in cGMP and laboratory biosafety.
7、 出色的执行力。Excellent execution.
