职位描述
1) 账务处理：审核记账凭证，凭证合法、内容真实、数据准确、手续完备；账目健全、及时记账算账、按时结账、如期报账、定期对账。
2) 发票管理：购买保管酒店发票、票据。保管、分发空白发票及票据领用、收回。
3) 出纳管理：盘点酒店营收现金及时存行、审核付款通知单，及时支付。
4) 纳税申报：月度进行纳税申报，包括但不限于增值税纳税申报、企业所得说纳税申报、财务报表申报、年度汇算清缴。
5) 往来管理：及时跟踪清理往来款项，包括但不限于，应收账款、应付账款、预收账款、预付账款。
6) 会计资料保管：保管会计凭证、会计账簿、财务会计报表和其他会计资料，负责会计档案的整理和移交。

On May 19, 2016, New Development Group signed a contract with Marriott Group to establish the first Hotel with the brand of Fairfield By Marriott in China named Fairfield by Marriott Shanghai Jing’an. The hotel is located in No.1500, Gong He Xin Road ,Shanghai .This area belong to Jing’an District which is such an important windows of Shanghai’s international communication with the cultural history, beautiful urban environment, well-developed commercial and business facilities, vigorous innovative vitality and convenient traffic and information exchange. The hotel is adjacent to Zhabei Park and Shanghai University. It takes 5 minutes on foot to get to Metro Line 1, 3.3 km from Shanghai Railway Station, 30 minutes drive from Hongqiao Airport, 50 minutes drive from Pudong Airport and 40 minutes drive from Shanghai Disney Resort.
