1. 大学本科毕业。机械或轧钢工艺专业优先；

2. 至少有机械行业5年以上工作经验；

3. 有在冶金设计院的工作经历；

4. 熟悉轧钢棒线设备和工艺；

5. 对材料，机加工工艺和热处理等比较熟悉；

6. 有冶金项目管理经验；

岗位职责：

负责机械设计部门的管理工作以及项目执行工作
