职位描述
1.建立、修改和完善培训相关制度、流程,建立培训需求体系。 Establish, modify and improve the training regulation, process, and structure.
2. 制定培训计划并组织实施:监控培训过程,评估培训效果,进行培训考核,培训记录的录入和归档。 Develop training programs and organize the implementation: monitor the training process, evaluate the effectiveness of training, organize examinations, keep the training information in HR system updated and archiving training records.
3. 组织开发培训课程及编写培训教材,组织新员工入司培训,监督产线工人的岗前培训。 Develop training courses and materials, implement day-one introduction for new-hire employees, and supervise the pro-job training of operators.
4. 设计员工发展项目,组织各部门制定员工个人的年度发展计划。 Design employee development projects; organize departments to develop individual annual development.
5. 监督员工发展计划的实施,并进行必要的调整。 Supervise the implementation of employee development plans, and help to do necessary adjustment.
6. 不断搜寻、创造员工培训和发展的各种资源,采购和管理公司图书馆资源,对于公司的报纸、杂志的采购给予建议。 Search and make a variety of training and development, purchase and manage the company library resources, and give advice on purchasing newspapers, magazines.
7. 甄选、培养关键岗位后备人选,制定核心员工个人发展计划。 Select, cultivate the successor for key positions, and make IDP for hi-po.
8. 通过多种渠道和方式宣传企业文化,从企业文化的角度为公司提供可行性建议。 Through various channels and ways to publicize corporate culture, and provide practical suggestions for company from the point of view of corporate culture. 9.通过意见箱、访谈等方式搜集员工的意见和反馈,并协调各部门对员工关注的问题给予恰当回应和调整,并定期将结果反馈给管理层。 Collect the feedback and suggestions of employees through suggestion boxes and conversations, and coordinate related departments to give the appropriate response to workers' concerns and do adjustments, and report to management committee.
10. 定期进行员工敬业度调查,并将调查分析结果反馈给管理层,协助管理层进行调查后的调整和改进工作。 Conduct regular employee engagement surveys, analysis the results and report to management committee; support management committee to follow the improvement actions after the survey.
11. 组织员工活动等形式进行团队建设。 Arrange team-building activities for employees.
12. 配合人力资源部各个模块的相关工作,参与必要的相关工作。 Support other functions of the HR department and make contributions to necessary parts.
13. 上级安排的其他工作。 Other works assigned by supervisor.
任职要求:
1.人力资源管理或相关专业本科及以上学历。 Bachelor degree and above, HRM related major
2. 接受过人力资源管理相关培训。 Received the relevant training of human resources management
3. 从事3年以上人力资源管理工作经验,至少1年培训管理经验。 3 years HR working experience and 1 year training management working experience at least.
4.能够独立完成培训、发展、企业文化的相关工作。 Handle training, employee development and cooperate culture related affairs independently
5. 熟悉人事各模块的基本事项和原则。 Familiar with basic HR affairs and principle
6. 良好的人际交往能力。 Good communication ability
7. 具有一定的谈判技巧。 Negotiations skill
8. 具备亲和力。 Good appetency
9. 具备较强的沟通能力。 Great communication ability
10. 具备较强的执行力。 Great power of execution
11. 具备较强的学习能力。 Quick Learning ability
