1. 完善并执行公司的EHS体系和制度。降低生产风险，保证生产安全，无事故发生。每年完成相关安全标准、ISO 9001质量标准、及其相关年检工作，定期合规处理有关生产过程的废弃物。

Improves and implement the EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) system and related rules. Reduce the production risk, to ensure the safety and no accident. Complete the safety standards; ISO 9001 standards, and related annual audit work, regularly dispose the industrial waste in a professional way.

2. 根据公司的整体目标，制定生产部门预算、定期评估（PDCA） 生产和质量的绩效目标。重视车间人员的梯队培养，必要时给车间以及全公司提供精益生产的相关培训。使用公司测评机制，了解员工的情况及动向，保证人员稳定。

Based on the company strategy, sets-up and regularly evaluate Production & Quality performance goals w PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act). Train the production team and company with the LEAN knowledge, and keep the factory team stability.

3. 根据实际业务的需要，决定如何进行产能的调整 （如人员培训、人员招募、和机器配置等）。定期组织生产设备的维修保养，提高设备完好率和利用率，提出更新改造方案。定期举办精益下午茶、改善案例、价值流分析等活动，建立起持续改善和创新的车间文化，推动跨部门的改善项目，不断提高生产部门的自动化、信息化、精益化的水平。

Based on business forecast and actual demand, determines how capacity adjustments including items such as employee recruitment, training and equipment purchasing. Organizes and oversees the regular maintenance of production equipment. Regularly organize activities of LEAN afternoon tea, Value Stream, etc, build the continuous improvement & innovation culture in factory, move forward the crossfunction CI projects, keep increasing the level of automation, information, and LEAN processes in Production to maximize efficiency.

4. 对生产运营的各项流程予以标准化，实现可持续改善，提高效率，减少8大浪费；提高员工的质量意识，严格遵守公司的标准作业指导书和工艺流程，确保员工进行规范生产。

Standardizes all production operation processes and achieves continuous improvements to improve the efficiency and 8-waste reduction. Ensure the factory workers follow the Standard Work Process in a professional way.

5. 运用拉动系统和看板，支持 客户订单确认 / 物料安排 / 生产计划 / 质量控制 / 批量生产 / 出货 的生产运营管理工作，确保生产与发货工作 高效、优质、安全、及时的完成；

Using PULL system and Kanban, support the processes including Sales Order Confirmation / Raw Material Preparation / Production Plan / Quality Control / Mass production / Shipment, and ensures the Efficiency, Quality, Safety and OTD of production and shipment.

6. 根据实际情况与业务需要，管理仓库相关工作。

Per the actual situation and business requirement, manage the warehouse and related work.

7. 与研发部门合作，完成新产品由实验室向大批量生产的文件和各项准备工作，以确保有效率的生产、符合质量标准；

In coordination with the research and development department, completes preparation of test samples and documents results from the lab. Adjusts as needed for factory production to ensure efficient production and quality standards.

8. 与美国总部的生产运营团队定期保持沟通，必要时需进行电话或视频会议；

Communicates with the production/operations team in the USA headquarter by phone call or video conference on regular basis.

9. 完成总经理安排的其他工作；

Other work assigned by the General Manager.

任职要求：

运营管理或理工科相关专业，本科及以上学历

Bachelor’s degree or above, In Production Management, Quality Management, Manufacturing Engineering or related field of science & engineering

制造型企业5年以上生产管理工作经验

More than 5 years manufacturing management experience

精通中文和英语的听说读写，熟悉MS Office软件,

Proficient Chinese and English communication skills, and familiar with MS office

有质量管理的相关经验

Quality management experience

有精益化管理的相关经验

Lean management experience

掌握ISO质量管理体系和EHS（环境、安全、健康）体系的，优先考虑

Experience w ISO Quality System and EHS System is preferred
