POSITION OBJECTIVE :

职位目标:

Interface with external and internal customers to develop and maintain wire harness detail, installation, and bundle assembly. Creates solutions for 2D and 3D wire harness installation designs and incorporates changes to design plan. This is an entry level engineering position that relies upon guidance of more experienced engineers

与外部与内部客户就开发维护线束的细节，安装及装配进行沟通协作。创建2D与3D线束安装设计，并把变更融入进设计规划中。此职位为工程方面的基础级别，须在经验丰富工程师的指导下进行工作

Main Function Responsibilities and Activities

1、Develops and maintains wire harness physical design and installation through the use of 3D wire harness installation models, wire harness assembly models and 2D formboard drawings

通过3D线束安装模型，线束装配模型与2D装配板的图纸起草工作，开发与维护线束实际的设计与安装

2、Supports analysis and design reviews

为分析与设计评审提供支持

3、Perform assigned tasks meeting the organization's expectations for quality, schedule and process compliance

完成分配到的任务，完成与组织期望的质量，时间表及工艺的一致性

4、Applies program technical requirements to design work requirements, processes, and tasks

把项目技术要求应用到设计工作要求，工艺与任务中去

5、Supports the development of processes, methods, and tools that support the design process

为工艺，方法，工具的开发提供支持，助力设计工艺

6、Communicate and/or implement design solutions

沟通和/或实施设计解决方案

7、Investigate and resolve design issues

调查与解决设计问题

8、Develops solutions to complex problems, which require ingenuity and innovation

运用独创性与创新性开发复杂问题的解决方案

9、Other duties may be assigned

10、Ensure that the tasks assigned are done on time and according to the quality criteria

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

本职位所要求的技能及经历

1、Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering, or equivalent / 电气，机械或航空工程相关领域学士学位或同等学历？

2、Typically has up to 1 years of experience in an engineering classification / 多达一年的工程类经验

？ Experience or exposure to CAD design in work or school environment / CAD软件设计应用或学习的经验

？ Ability to learn and work with MS Office computer applications / 学习与运用办公软件的能力

？ Fluent in English (Written and verbal) / 流利的英文口语及书面表达能力

3 、 Knowledge of engineering principles, theories, technologies, and concepts / 工程原则，理论，技术与概念知识

？ Experience with configuration management / 配置管理经验

？ Able to understand technical data / 能够理解技术数据

？ Capable of resolving design issues by means of problem solving methodologies / 能够运用问题解决方法论解决设计问题

？ Experience with 2D and 3D CAD design (CATIA) / 运用CATIA 2D与3D的设计经验

4、Ability to effectively communicate and work in a team environment / 能够达到有效沟通并具有团队精神
