Main Responsibilities:

主要职责：

• Planification, organization and pilot of client’s test activities

规划、组织和试点领导客户的测试活动

• Daily coordination with operation team and management of their operation during test campaign

在实验进行中， 日常协调和管理实验操作团队的操作

• Definition and application of corrective actions

在实验中进行，相关关进措施的定义与应用

• Evaluation and analysis of experimental results

实验结果的评估和分析

• Preparation and documentation of deliverables to clients

准备测试数据文件并提交给客户

• Reporting of detected test anomalies

报告测试过程中遇到异常

• Regular project reporting to N+1 manager but also to client

定期对经理和客户进行项目报告

You will also contribute yourself to following activities:

辅助职责：

• Test anomalies investigation and resolution proposal

测试异常 的调查研究及解决方案

• Continuous technical evolution of testing methodology specification

测试方式和说明的持续更新和规范

• Analysis and definition of functional demands in case that new test request arrives
• 在得到新的测试请求后，分析和确定功能需求
  

At last, you will also be responsible of following tasks:

• Carry out the activities experience summarization/sharing and develop the profession standard

经验总结与分享，制定专业标准

• Weekly reporting of remarkable affairs in the daily activities

每周工作周报

• Respect the monthly deliverable requested from your manager

完成总经理交代的其他工作

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Powertrain, Automotive engineering or similar

本科以上学历，动力总成、汽车工程或相关专业

• 1 to 3 years’ engineering experience in automotive industry and experience in emission calibration or similar areas is preferred

1-3年汽车行业工程经验，有排放标定或类似领域经验者优先

• Good knowledge of powertrain or vehicle technology, development and testing methodology is an asset

熟悉动力总成或整车技术，尤其对开发和测试方法了解的更佳

• Familiar with exhaust gas measurement system (AVL or equivalent), chassis dyno test procedure and vehicle default diagnosis tools will be appreciated

熟悉尾气测量系统（AVL或其他系统）、整车台架测试流程，熟悉车辆故障诊断工具者优先

• Good knowledge of calibration or data analysis tools such as INCA, Concerto, Indicom is a plus

熟悉标定或数据分析工具，如INCA, Concerto, Indicom等

• Understanding of Chinese GB6 emission legislation is a plus

了解中国国六排放法规者优先

• Proficient computer skills with Microsoft office package

• Fluent English both verbal and written

流利的英语口语和书写能力

• Good communication and presentation skills

• Able to work independently without much guidance
