岗位职责：  

• 执行来料检验-对原材料参考规范进行检验并记录存档；记录，标识，隔离不合格品，更新不合格品信息，依照流程处理不合格品。

• 执行首件检验并记录。

• 执行产品的出货检验并记录。

• 维护仪校信息，保证生产、质检和测试设备和量具的正常使用。

• 参与认证机构审核，客户审核及供应商审核活动。

• 评估并汇报供应商的质量绩效，确保原材料质量符合要求。

• 与产线，工程及供应商相关人员协作，区隔异常的原材料、半成品或成品。

• 负责协调供应商与内部部门，解决相关质量问题。

• 其他上级交办的事项。

                  

工作经验及学历要求：

• 熟悉基础办公软件应用。
• 能看懂简单的机械类图纸，会使用游标卡尺、千分尺等常用的检验工具。
• 能够在适当监督下做目视检验和文件记录。
• 至少1-2年制造业相关工作经验, 有质检员经验优先。
