Responsibility:

1. Analysis, evaluation and commenting of the monthly BU results (EBIT/DA, Value Mgmt. down to FOCF, CFROI)

2. Monitoring the running business incl. alerts on deviation and delivery of early warning indicators

3. Mid-month and month-end EBIT estimation ("health check") incl. bridges VS. previous month and budget/QBR

4. Create and check quality of monthly top mgmt. report for comprehensive mgmt. information incl. ALPHA report, HR FTE report and other non-financial KPIs

5. "Centre of excellence" for all controlling and accounting related topics for the BU PCS

6. Continuous improvement of value flows, controlling tools and reporting requirements to roiPE

7. Key account manager ("one face to the customer") for BU head and BPS&A head for all financial information


Qualification:

1. Master of economics (with focus on controlling) or comparable studies

2. Min 5 years experience in Controlling

3. Deep Knowledge of material industry products, applications, markets

4. Excellent communication and social skills

5. Ability to work in (and lead project) teams

6. Ability to abstract and give structure to e complex merits of a case

7. Cross-culture skills and experience

8. Detailed skills in English

9. Self-motivation and commitment

10. High ability to deliver results even under pressure
