Site Supervisor 现场督工

A Global Group of Specialist Concrete Flooring Contractors is looking for a Site Supervisor for its Shanghai office. The successful applicant must have experience with a Specialist Contractor and be willing to learn new skills.
全球混凝土地坪施工专家——CoGri集团为上海公司寻求现场督工一名，应征者需有在专业施工公司工作的经验并且愿意学习新技术。


Job Description 工作描述

Reporting to the Operations Manager and/ or Site Manager, the position will be site based in China, although some overseas travel may be required.
向运营经理和/或现场经理汇报，工作地点主要在项目施工现场，可能会要求去国外项目做短期工作。

In addition to the supervision of Sub-Contractors and General Labour, hands on field work such as surveying and skilled site work will be required. Duties will also include the operation and maintenance of Specialist Concrete flooring plant and equipment. Training will be provided and the candidate is expected to progress to a Technician role within the company and to a Site Manager position in the future.
除了监督分包商和现场工人的工作外，也需要在现场做标高测量等技术性工作，以及操作和保养专业的混凝土地坪机械设备。公司会提供培训，并期望其成为公司的技术骨干，以后可以担当现场经理一职。


Job Requirements: 工作要求

? More than 5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor with a Specialist Contractor
有至少五年为专业施工公司做现场督工的工作经验
? Preferably some experience in Concreting works, ideally in Concrete Floor Construction or Finishing
有混凝土工作经验者优先，有混凝土地坪施工或磨光经验者更佳
? Experience in the operation and maintenance of Construction Plant and Equipment would be a benefit
有操作和保养施工机械设备经验者优先
? Ability to communicate in English would be useful
能用英语做简单交流者优先
? Must be able to multi-task and work under pressure
能够承担要求同时处理多项任务和工作的压力
? Good communication and reporting skills as job will require some paperwork and contract administration
有良好的交流和汇报能力，因为工作中可能需要做一些文字工作和合同管理等工作
? The successful candidate will be pro-active, flexible, responsible and assertive
需积极进取，灵活适应，有责任心，且坚定自信
