Job description:
- Timesheet
Tracing the timesheet submission status for all the consultants
Reminding the consultants to submit the timesheet report on a timely manner
Adjusting the service hours in our internal systems per business requirement
Submit the chargeable hours related report per request
- Staff Expense:
Collect and audit staff expense reports
Coordinate staff for any variance in the expense reports
Posting/booking all the expense in internal accounting system
Staff expense reimbursement and Inquiry
- Vendor Payment
Collect and check vendor payment request from different departments
Process vendor monthly payment via internet bank
Coordinate with related parties to acquire official invoices from for each payment
Payment related entries booking in internal accounting system

Open bank accounts for new hires
Monitor the foreign exchange rate floating and prepare the support document for settlement of exchange
Checking bank statement and prepare the bank reconciliation reports
- Accounting
Achieve all the vouchers & ledgers
Supporting for monthly closing procedure
- Ad hoc tasks...
Qualifications:
- College or above degree in Finance/ Accounting or equivalent qualifications
- 1-2 years accounting experience (fresh graduates will also be considered if major in accounting or finance), experience in MNC will be a plus
- Good team player and good communication skills
- Fluent in English, able to communicate via email
- Good PC skill, especially at Excel
- Result and process driven
