区域销售经理
瑞易通是全球领先的多语言沟通方案供应商，主要服务领域在金融、法律和生命科学，业务范围包括欧洲、北美和亚太。

我们现在正在为上海寻找一名区域销售经理。

该客户关系经理，需要负责从新客户或者现有的客户得到更多的业务。这个职位要求对客户的预期有较强的分析能力和业务前瞻性，并有能力和客户建立长期的合作关系。

职责：
通过约见客户，辨别、评估和发展潜在客户；
研究客户业务得知到客户市场和业务目标；
管理现有客户关系，发展长期业务；
与项目管理小组一起工作，以确保满足客户的期望；
准备服务方案，与客户协谈合同和协议；
确保方案销售过程，保证顺利完成订单和合同；

资格和经验：
本科以上学历；
4 - 8年 成功的解决方案销售， 主要从事直接与客户接触的市场营销，非渠道或代理；
优秀的沟通技巧在英语的书写和会话。

Client Relationship / Account Manager
CLS Communication is a leading Multinational provider of Multilingual Communication Solutions to the financial, legal and life science industries, with business operations in Europe, North America and Asia Pacific.

We are now looking for a Client Relationship / Account Manager for Shanghai.

The Client Relationship / Account Manager will be responsible for generating business from existing and new accounts. The role requires a highly motivated and proactive person to manage clients expectations and to build long term business relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

Identifying, qualifying and developing potential clients through meetings.
Research of client's business to gain knowledge of clients market and business goals
Managing exiting client relationships and developing long term business
Working closely with Project management team to ensure that client expectations are met
Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
Make use of Solutions selling process to enable closure of orders and contracts

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor degree;
4-8 years prior successful solutions selling in the translation, marketing, or document
services industries
Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
