PURPOSE OF THE JOB

According to the company's management policy, responsible for the development of the regional business plan and business development goals. l Responsible for implementing the company's annual sales and profit targets. l Maintain timely information communication with all departments of the head office. l Responsible for the relationship maintenance of key customers in the region, and ensure the promotion of the company's brand status. l Timely control of accounts receivable, control of inventory and various expenses. l Responsible for the organization and construction of sales and management teams; To explore the blank market of the area and propose the rectification opinions to the market of poor sales; Collect competitor's situation, report to boss in time and make corresponding countermeasure. l Control the daily operation of the branch office.

GENERAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy and Operations: § According to the company operation policy, responsible for the area of business planning and business development goals. Implement the company's budget, achieve annual sales and profit target. Receivables control timely, inventory and cost control and reduction. § Accurately grasp the local market sales information, understand local market capacity, economy, population and consumption habits, build customer file, and regularly visit key customers, maintain the business relationship with the main target customers; Collect competitor information, including sales and product information. § Good at discover new market opportunities, seize the market gap, and organizational development; Regularly organize the training of terminal promoters, improve sales skills, improve terminal SA level, and establish a high-quality sales team. § Liaise closely with other departments to make full use of various resources, improve the work efficiency, to achieve common goals. To supervise and implement the company's marketing activities and timely feedback market intelligence to the company and Marketing Department. § Strengthen the management of dealer agent stores and retail counters, to timely acceptance of the counter of has been completed.

Leadership: § Responsible for managing the team structure of the operating department. § Following up the results of members’ work execution.

EXPERIENCE

§ At least 8 years in lingerie or apparel retail industry of fashion brands, including five years of regional comprehensive operation management experience cover operating, set up system & operation process and so on, familiar with multiple cities retail market environments.
