Job Summary/岗位概述

Responsible for establishing incoming inspection plan, improve internal capability of measurement technologies and support supplier quality improvement activities

Job Duties & Responsibilities/岗位职责

1) Define measuring concept, measuring method and measuring equipment for receiving material. 2) Continuous optimize incoming inspection plan, improve measurement method, increase measurement more efficiency, accuracy simplification

3) Work together with SQE, coordinate for internal&external measurement alignment with supplier

4) Support Souring dept to qualify new components. Coach and advice the suppliers continuously to improve their capability of measurement technologies and methods to meet company standard.
5) Conduct incoming inspection and M3 related transaction.
6) Train internal inspectors /supplier inspectors and support Team Lead to improve team competence through coaching, sharing and team study.
7) Support for sample inspection, testing, incoming quality analysis and problem solving independently and make constructive suggestion to internal stakeholders.

8) Safety SOP establish and maintain for incoming/pilot inspection activities.

9)Other work assigned by quality manager

Job Requirement/任职资格

1.Bachelor degree, major in mechanical engineering or other applicable field.

2. 5-8 years of experience in quality / inspection or process engineering, electron environment is preferred
3. Understanding the circuit diagram and inspection method; Experience and skill for difference kinds of electronic
instrument and function tester; And be able to analyse, judge, and solve the issue according to the function test results.
4. Experience in capability analysis for measurement and processes.
5. Good English in written and oral.
6. Strong learning agility, interpret and coaching skill with can-do attitude.
7. Computer literate such as word, excel, power point.
