职位描述
岗位职责：
1、负责公司的线上营销工作，能独立完成各项专题和活动策划，提高在目标客户群中的知名度和传播量，提升市场运营数据及转化率；
2、有较好的数据敏感度，善于数据分析、总结评估和优化调整等；
3、负责策划平台相关的理财类的自媒体传播活动，包括H5、拉新活动、事件营销活动等
4、负责活动的落地和项目的执行；
5、负责活动的文案编辑
6、完成领导交办的其他事情。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，1-3年活动运营经验，优秀应届毕业生亦可；
2、熟悉线上各种运营工具，比如任务系统，vip系统等，有一定运营经）；
3、对数据敏感，能细化的对活动运营的各项数据进行分析，并且能根据分析结果给出提升思路。
4、良好的执行力，团队协作能力和抗压能力
5、积极主动的学习能力和沟通态度
