Summary of Job Function :
工作职责
1．Provide guidance to inspectors. Inspector training and certification
安排检验员工作. 培训并考核检验员.
2. Control quality of FG and process. Lead the quality issue analysis in line
控制成品及生产过程的质量. 分析在线的质量问题.
3. Daily production line audit
生产现场审核
4. Deal with customer complaint
处理客户投诉
5. Identify customer APQP requirement, coordinate, finalize part certification (PPAP) document
了解客户的APQP需求，完成PPAP文件递交
6. Follow up quality performance
跟踪本公司质量成绩
7. be responsible for TS16949/QSB quality system maintenance
负责TS16949/ISO9000质量体系维护



Specific Responsibilities:
具体职能

1. Control quality of FG and process.
控制成品及生产过程的质量
2. 2. Daily production line audit and tracking nonconforming item, resolve the problems with team members.
每日生产现场审核，并跟踪不良项目，与团队一起解决问题。
3. Check the status in customer internet daily
每天在客户网站确认质量成绩
5． 4. Handle customer complain and finish 8D report
处理顾客投诉，完成8D报告
5. Complete PPAP files submit. Set up inspection instruction.
完成PPAP文件递交. 制定质量检验指导书.
6. Arrange customer audit and 3rd party audit
安排顾客审核和第三方审核等相关事宜
7. Be responsible for TS16949/QSB system maintenance
负责TS16949/QSB质量体系维护


Know-How Requirements
职位要求
1 Hold bachelor degree, majored in Mechanical or related engineering.
本科学历，机械或工程类专业背景。
2 Familiar with TS16949/QSB Quality System, understand FEMA, SPC, MSA, APQP, PPAP.
熟悉TS16949/QSB质量体系，了解五大工具手册（FEMA, SPC, MSA, APQP,PPAP）
3 Experience for internal audit, customer audit and 3rd party audit
具备内部审核，客户审核及第三方审核的经验。
3 At least 3 years related working experience at automotive field, and focus on auto electronic part.
至少3年在汽车业工作经验，并且专注于汽车电子产品。
4 Familiar with MS-OFFICE
能熟练运用办公自动化软件
5 Working level of oral and written English
能够运用英语完成工作上的口头沟通和读写任务
6 Good communication and team work
良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神
