• Provide on-time reply to customer complaints and concerns, Follow to ensure defined corrective and preventive actions effectively implemented and closed. Escalate if and where needed.

• Support the activities/projects for Quality continuous improvement.

• Periodical monthly / weekly reports for areas mentioned above.

• To meet the goal of the quality targets.

• Other tasks assigned by manager as needed

Job Requirment：

• Bachelor degree as a minimum, preferably mechanical background.

• Minimum 3 year experience of similar positions in automotive industry.

• Automotive experience with filter manufacturing is preferred.

• Familiar with ISO/TS16949, ISO14001 standards, with internal auditor certificate.

• Profound knowledge on quality tools such as PPAP, APQP, MSA, FMEA, SPC, Control Plan, 8D and etc.

• Knowledge of Customers Complaints and Closing procedures in a TS environment

• Have good spoken English skill

• Solid experience of handling quality system and Customers Complaints in TS Environment .

• Rich experience dealing with audits from certification body and external customers.

• Strong interpersonal skills, and problem solving skills, team spirit.

• Proficient in both written and spoken English, can work with global colleagues.

• Capable of managing multi tasks, sense of urgency.

• Master of office software.

• Good self-starter can work under pressure.

• High potential to take more challenges with business growth.
