工作职责:

1.在新产品构想阶段的参与者与决策者，并且对新产品的特定市场要求通过数据分析提供反馈信息。

2.对产品的关键特性及要求展开设计评审。

3.通过对固态硬盘各方面知识的了解和掌控去主导今后固态硬盘开发中验证，特性和质量测试中测试规范的制定。

4.负责项目的企划和里程碑的达成。

5.在固态硬盘开发过程中集成并领导多部门协作，这些部门包括，固件，闪存，质监和量产。

6.执行验证，特性和质量测试并监察量产测试。

7.失效分析并连同其他部门，如固件和闪存部门，去深入探究失效原因并解决问题。

8.与量产工程师合作提高良率，同质量工程师合作达到客户质量要求。

9.开发测试失效分析的工具，持续改良所负责的一切测试能力。

10.开发并维持不同平台上的验证，特性和质量测试代码。

为应用工程师提供支持客户平台上的失效分析，为质量工程提供退料审查技术支持。

1.Contributing member or key player in new product architecture group at concept phase to provide analysis and response to the market requirement of a specific product.

2.Perform the design review for the key features and requirement of the drive.

3.Maintain a combination of knowledge including all SSD components and interoperation requirement to master the SSD Validation/Characterization/Qualification test strategy.

4.Product development ownership who needs manage the project schedule and milestones.

5.Integrate and leading the SSD development among different function teams like FW, NAND, QRE and Production PE.

6.Perform Product Validation, Characterization and Qualification to evaluate product and monitor the Production Test.

7.Analyze failures to determine and drill down issues and push issues to close by interfacing/collaboration with other development teams like FW and NAND team.

8.Work with Production PE to do data analysis to enabling production with yields and with QRE to satisfy customer quality requirement

9.Develop test tools to enable failure analysis and improve all responsible testability.

10.Compile and maintain test codes used to validate SSD’s compliance/reliability/performance/features on different platforms.

任职资格:

1.最低本科学历，专业在电子工程，计算机工程与技术或其他理工科相关专业。

2.2年相关工作经验。

1.擅长编程语言如C, C++， Python和Perl等脚本语言。

2.了解闪存相关功能及用法，或其他类似产品。

3.了解一种或多种如下协议：eMMC，UFS，SATA, SAS, NVMe, USB, SD…

4.关于如下产品的使用开发经验： SSD， HDD，USB或其他嵌入式平台设备。

1.Minimum a Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related Engineering field.

2.2 years’ experience in relative industry

3.Strong programing skills with languages such as C, C++, Python and Perl,etc.

4.Knowledge of NAND Flash operations and usage or other memories.

5.Knowledge of a memory protocol such as eMMC/UFS, SATA, SAS, NVMe, SD and USB is a plus

6.Experience of the storage platform including SSD, HDD, USB and other embedded storage development is a plus.
