Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for coordinating, administering and controlling financial operations;

2. Provide tax, insurance and other reports required by governmental regulations;

3. Review, analyze and interpret financial and budgetary reports;

4. Direct the preparation of annual financial forecasts;

5. Oversee the development of financial accounting systems required to maintain reporting requirements;

6. Establishment and improvement of internal control system;

7. Develop, implement and maintain policies and procedures to ensure that all this company China business comply with their legal, statutory and regulatory obligations.

8. Lead the finance team, control the finance and accounting method, practices and procedures of operations;

9. Review and analyze operations in relation to cost, budgets, forecast and operation policies

10. Support the management team of BU in the development and administration of short and long term financial policies, objectives and plans

11. Forecast and manage the cash flow and guide the team to make sure financial position of BU's operations is healthy

12. Ensure major capital expenditure requests comply with budgets, approval system and policies

13. Ensure the financial activities comply with group and local relevant laws and regulations, legal demands and professional and ethic standard

13. Coach and develop the financial team

14. Control account receivables and track sales teams for collection

15. Oversee IT system development to meet the needs of BU and requirement from Group.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting;

2. Substantial managerial experience of financial and accounting, financial control, costing and budgeting, preferably at a multinational company environment

3. Self-motivated and teamwork leader;

4. Proactive and problem-solving oriented management style;

5. Excellent verbal and written English competency;

6. Personal strength and integrity on professional stands

7. Strong leadership skills, with excellent communication and people skills. Sharp focus and judgment;

8 A sense of accountability. Determined to deliver results while maintaining a strong customer orientation;

9. Ability to drive change while managing policies, processes and procedures in a financial .accounting function;
