岗位职责Responsibility：

1. 负责公司对内、对外合同、协议的复核、签订及管理；

Review, contract and manage internal and external agreements

2. 追踪和掌握影响到公司的政策法规，降低公司经营风险；

Follow up and understand policies and law that may affect the company, minimize risks

3. 处理诸如公司监管、知识产权、企业永续经营、数据隐私、合规、及关键项目和交易等法律问题；

Deal with legal issues arising out of corporate governance, intellectual property, BC, data privacy, compliance, and key projects and transactions as assigned

4. 在相关实践领域有效处理诉讼、仲裁、政府调查等重大事项；

Efficiently handle litigation, arbitration, governmental investigation matters of significance in the relevant practice areas

5. 作为公司内审员，建立、优化公司内控体系，组织和执行公司内部审计工作，诸如合规/财务审计/尽职调查；

Establish and optimize internal control system, organize and carry out internal audit, such as compliance/financial audits/due diligence

6. 其他领导安排工作。

Other ad-hoc tasks upon request

要求Job requirement:

1. 法学相关专业本科或以上毕业；

With a bachelor (or higher) degree in Law or related majors

2. 具备丰富的合约审批经验；

Solid agreement review experience

3. 具有律师职业资格证书；

With the Legal Professional Qualification certificate

4. 具有3年以上法务工作经验，汽车/半导体行业为佳；

At least 3 years working experience in legal work. Experience from the Automotive/ semiconductor industry would be an advantage

5. 流利的英语口语和书写能力；

Fluent in spoken and written in English

6. 分析力强，解决问题独到，能够迅速做出反应，提供建设性意见。

Strong analysis skills, ability to solve problems and adapt quickly to different situations, provide constructive ideas
