Responsibility 岗位职责：

1、 项目经理负责整个项目的实施过程，有效确认项目实施范围、成本控制与风险控制；

The project manager is responsible for the implementation of the whole project, manage the scope of project implementation and control the cost and risk effectively;

2、 负责指导实施需求调研，实施方案设计，制定实施计划，控制项目实施进度控制和验收；

Responsible for guiding requirement investigation, program design, project plans, controlling project implementation and acceptance;

3、 负责多项目并行时的资源调配，充分利用项目组成员及公司内部资源，确保实施工作按既定计划完成;

Responsible for resource allocation, make full use of project team members and internal resources to ensure that the project is running according to the established plan;

4、 负责软件实施过程中实施人员的合理安排与管理，与相关方进行充分的沟通协调、以推进实施结案；

Responsible for the arrangement and management of the implementers in the process of software implementation, communicate and coordinate fully with the relevant parties in order to promote the implementation of the program.

5、 负责项目实施进度表、业务解决方案、需求解决方案等实施过程中的关键成果、跟踪反馈的编写与审核，并撰写实施流程、项目实施计划、实施培训课件、软件辅助应用等文档，以促进项目实施标准化流程的建设。

Responsible for the key achievements and milestones in the implementation process of the project schedule, business solutions, customized requirements solutions, and writing the process, project plan, training courseware, software-aided applications and other documents to promote the construction of standardized process of project implementation.

6、 负责项目定期汇报。

Responsible for regular reporting of projects.

要求 Job requirement：

1.    计算机及相关专业本科以上学历；

Bachelor's degree or above in computer science or related field.

2.    具备三年以上项目管理经验，能够带领五人以上的项目团队,熟悉项目管理规范及软件开发流程；

More than three years of project management experience, able to lead more than five team members, familiar with project management standards and software development process;

3.    责任心强，富有团队合作精神，良好的沟通协调能力，工作积极主动，可承受较大的工作压力；

Responsible in team work spirit, good communication and coordination ability, work actively in greater pressure;

4.    熟悉计算机体系结构，熟练DELPHI、JAVA、.NET体系结构和开发框架；

Familiar with IT architecture, proficient in .NET, JAVA, architecture and development framework;

5.    熟悉SQL，熟练使用ORACLE、SQL Server数据库；

Familiar with SQL, proficient in using ORACLE and SQL Server database;

6.    对网络、中间件、计算机软硬件均有较深程度的了解及应用；

Have a deeper understanding and application of network, middleware, hardware and software.

7.    必须具有制造行业MES项目管理经验。对MES产品实施有较深刻认知，有良好的技术判断能力和系统结构组织能力；

MUST full experience of MES project management in manufacturing industry. Have a deep understanding of MES product implementation, good technical judgement and system structure and organization capability.
