岗位职责 Responsibility：

1. 参与非生产材料的所有采购活动，包括但不限于设备，备件，耗材，服务等。在确定年度目标和评估市场价格发展方面提供协助。

Carry out all purchasing activities for indirect purchasing include equipment, spare parts, GK, service etc. Provide assistance in defining yearly goals and estimate market price development.

2.  参与合同和价格谈判, 确保公司整体利益最优化，以促进公司的盈利能力。

Involved in contract and price negotiations for TCO purchase to contributes to the profitability of the company.

3. 参与确定采购战略, 确保长期、低成本、有效地供应产品/服务, 以尽量减少库存时间、库存水平和成本。

Involved in defining of procurement strategies to ensure long-term, cost effective supply of products/services to minimize stock times, inventory levels and costs.

4. 完成月度/季度采购报告, 以控制采购计划。

Report monthly/quarterly results to control measurable activities against the planned figures.

5. 分析和管理合同协议, 以准备相关后续谈判;并且可以启动适当的措施来保证供应。

Analyze and control contractual agreements to prepare renegotiations/subsequent negotiations; as well as initiate appropriate measures and guarantee supplies.

6. 管理供应商以获得最好的供应商来保证最优化的供应链，同时最小化采购风险。

Manage suppliers to gain the best suppliers and guarantee an optimum supply chain which includes minimizing purchasing risks.

 

要求 Job requirement：

1. 商科或工科相关专业学士学位。

Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering

2. 5年以上工作经验，至少2年以上半导体/汽车行业采购工作经验。

Minimum 5 years working experience and 2 years purchasing experience from the semiconductor/Automotive industry.

3. 有跨部门的团队协调经验, 具有较强的组织、人际和谈判技巧。

Experience in co-ordination of interdisciplinary expert team and/or purchasing team；Customer and results oriented with strong organizational, interpersonal and negotiation skills

4. 了解质量体系, 如 TS16949/ISO14001/EFQM 将是一个额外的优势。

Knowledge of quality issues such as TS16949/ ISO14001/EFQM would be an added advantage

5. 流利的英语口语和书写能力。

Fluent in spoken and written in English

6. 较强的谈判技巧和表达技巧。

Strong negotiation skill and presentation skill
