RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Keep abreast of latest techniques and practices in proposal preparation, recommend changes as may be required to Proposal Manager in order to maintain competitively prepared proposals, implement agreed changes.
• Develop with Commercial Manager, Business Development Director/Managers, Estimating People and Proposal Manager the proposal strategy, type of response and scope of work for each proposal. The agreed proposal strategy shall then be issued by assigned Proposal Manager.
• Review progress of each proposal on a regular basis and give guidance to Proposal Manager. Ensure compliance with budgets and schedules.
• Review all proposals with Engineers prior to Departmental Review.
• Manage individual proposals as directed.
• Prepare and issue reports and represent Proposals Department as directed.
• Ensure proposal numbers are allocated and issue proposal closure briefs when appropriate.
• Maintain and update experience listings, and standard write-ups
• Issue proposal closeout report.

Skill Requirement/Experience

• Above 5 years working experience in engineering field. Especially in chemical Engineering Corporation or Chinese Design institute.
• High level English writing and editing capabilities; and other demonstratable ability to work with people at all levels.
• Good English speaking ability.

Education Requirement

• Bachelor degree in chemical engineering or field, chemical engineering is preferred.
• Have commercial knowledge is preferred
