1、负责对外籍、中国籍教师团队进行培训及日常管理；

2、负责校区教学计划的执行与修订；

3、配合教学总监完成每月教学目标；

4、负责外教团队的教学质量的监督；

5、定期完成客户满意度调查；收集客户对教学质量的反馈，并提出改进计划；

6、定期组织及召集中教会议；

7、负责校区学员管理工作；

8、配合销售部门完成试听课计划、市场推广计划及其他教学部需要参与的活动；

9、协助校长完成校区整体业绩管理目标；

10、日常行政事务。
