Job Description ( Responsibilities ) 岗位职责

Assist Quality manager and production department to develop, maintain, and improve quality system that attain company goals and objectives and achieve customer satisfaction

• 协助质量经理和生产部门建立、健全公司的质量体系，完成公司的战略目标，提升客户满意度。

• Keep high quality in process, conformity of purchased materials, and final products

  保持高质量的过程控制，管控来料和成品的质量。

• Troubleshoot production areas, making recommendations and working together with production to identify solutions and assisting with implementation of corrective actions.

  解决生产过程中质量方面的问题，向生产部门提供合理化建议并协助实施纠正措施。

• Work with purchasing and SQE to resolve supplier quality issues. Coordinate the resolution of discrepant or defective parts. Assist in corrective action implementation. Provide disposition and segregation of rejected materials and/or products.

  配合采购和SQE解决供应商质量问题，协调解决超差件，协助纠正措施的实施，完成不合格件的隔离。

• Investigate and respond to customer complaints regarding product quality. Take lead to finish the root cause analysis and corrective actions of complained parts.

  调查和回复客户关于产品质量问题的投诉。完成不合格品件的原因分析和改进报告。

• Process and product audit conduct

  完成产品审核和过程审核。

• Project advanced quality planning and monitor PPAP submitting process

  完成项目前期的质量计划并跟进PPAP提交过程。

• Other duties as assigned

Pierburg Mikuni Pump Technology (Shanghai) Corporation
established in April.2012, is a joint venture invested by Pierburg Pump Technology Gmbh and Mikuni Corporation. The main products are EWP – Electric Water Pumps and VOP – Variable Oil Pumps. The office is located in Zhangjiang, Pudong Area, Shanghai and the factory is at No. 393, Wangqiao Road, Pudong Area, Shanghai.

Pierburg China Ltd. is a wholly foreign-owned enterprise and part of Pierburg GmbH, a Neuss/Germany based automotive supplier. Pierburg GmbH is a member of the world-wide operating KSPG group, major supplier to the automotive industry in the domain of ‘Hardparts’ and ‘Mechatronics’ for more than 100 years. The main products of Pierburg GmbH are emission control systems for passenger cars and trucks as well as solenoid valves and actuators. As part of the Pierburg global strategic planning, Pierburg China Ltd. was registered in Kunshan in April 2009 with the vision to be a fully competent production plant based on Pierburg know-how world standards and lean systems. Pierburg is engaged in the Chinese OEM market with additional potential for Asia Pacific.

KSLP (China) Co. Ltd., located in Kunshan, Jiangsu Province, founded on Nov.21, 2012, is a wholly foreign-owned enterprise and belongs to the world’s first class piston maker KS Kolbenschmidt GmbH, Neckarsulm, Germany which was founded in 1910. KSLP (China) Co. Ltd., equipped with first-class CNC controlled machines from Germany, produces large bore pistons ranging from 160mm to 350 mm diameter. Our main customers are all world class makers for medium speed Diesel and Gas Engines.
