岗位职责

1、 负责对接淘宝、天猫店铺，促成销售达成；

2、 负责搜集新客户的资料并通过电话上门等各种方式与客户进行有效沟通了解客户需求， 寻找销售机会并完成销售业绩；

3、 与客户保持沟通，分析客户需求，解决客户服务问题，提升客户满意度；

4、 开拓客户资源，建立潜在的客户关系；

5、 收集市场信息，为公司的业务发展提供信息支持。

任职要求：

1、 本科及以上学历；2年以上销售工作经验；专科学历，需3年以上销售经验；

2、 具有互联网、广告、电子商务行业销售工作经验，优先考虑；

3、 性格开朗、工作积极热情、踏实肯干、胆大心细；

4、 良好的客户开拓、谈判及维护能力；

5、 具备良好的沟通说服能力，思路清晰，具有市场敏锐度及信息收集分析能力；

6、 具备良好的抗压能力及团队协作能力；

7、 熟练使用Office办公室软件。
