• Assist with the manager to ensure the smooth operation of the club house.

  协助会所经理管理会所，确保会所的正常运营。

    

Major Responsibility主要工作职责

  

• Implement the instructions of the manager and actively implement various tasks.

  认真贯彻会所经理指示，积极落实各项工作任务。

• Be warm, modest, and establish a good relationship with the guests, and improve service quality.

  热情、谦和，与客人建立良好的关系，不断提升服务质量。

• Enhance on-site supervision, timely detection and correction service.

  加强现场监督，及时发现和纠正服务中产生的问题。

• Proper and timely deal with the customer requirements, inquiries and complaints.

  妥善及时地处理好客人投诉。

• Timely provide the comments and suggestions from the guests to the club house manager, in order to improve their work.

  及时将客人的意见和建议反馈给会所经理，以改进工作。

• In charge of the cleaning of the clubhouse, and maintain the clean and tidy environment of the clubhouse.

  抓好会所的清洁卫生工作，保持会所的环境卫生。

• Comply with the Group's environmental health and safety guidelines and policies, pay attention to energy conservation and the safe operation during daily jobs.

  遵守集团的环境健康安全方针政策，日常工作中注意节能和安全操作。

• Be responsible for providing regular business training to the subordinates, and constantly improve their professional quality and service skills.

  负责对下属员工进行定期业务培训，不断提高员工的业务素质和服务技巧。

• In compliance with the Ascott Group's Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) guidelines and policies, pay attention to energy conservation and the safe operation in daily work.

  遵守集团的环境健康安全方针政策，日常工作中注意节能和安全操作。

• Any other tasks assigned by supervisors.

  完成上级交办的其他工作任务。

                                          

Requirements资质需求

  

• Professional image, more than 3 year’ relevant industry experience is preferred;

       形象良好，具有3年以上同等相关工作经验者优先；  

• Good communication skill and good oral English ability, have working experience of swimming pool is preferred;

  良好的沟通能力，具备良好的英语口语能力，有游泳池工作经验者优先；

• Have good sense of responsibility, be honest and have positive work attitude;

  富有工作责任心，诚实可靠，工作态度积极认真；

• Be able to accept shift work;

  能够接受翻班工作制；
