Successful candidates will have tremendous opportunities to work closely with the world class software architects, developers and testers in the US to develop the winning product, and can also have chance to learn leading technology of data processing and monitoring through working with product of Saas model.

Position: Senior Test Engineer / Tech Lead

Job Requirement:

· BS/MS in CS or EE with 3+ years of working experiences in software testing, major in Network Engineering is a plus;

· Good knowledge and hands on experiences of major network protocols like TCP/IP, OSPF, VLAN, SSH, NAT, SNMP, WMI, etc;

· Hands on experience with network equipments like router, switch, firewall, ACL, LDAP, etc;

· Hands on experience on installation and configuration of Linux, Windows or VMWare servers;

· Experience on test automation and script development, and be familiar with at least one testing programming languages, for example Linux script, Python, Pearl, C/C++, Java, etc;

· Experience with test methodology, frameworks, process and tools;

· Experience on developing and executing complex feature test cases, test scripts, test suites, and test plans;

· Accomplishes job independently or without close supervision; demonstrates high personal work standards and passion in work; pays attention to detail;

· Strong technical leadership, analytical and organizational skills, and experience on leading junior test engineers on test activities;

· Excellent English oral and written communication skills and be able to collaborate with development team and other QA team members to achieve goals;

· Team-oriented, self-motivated, fast learner, and willing to work in a fast paced and cross-site startup environment;
