岗位职责：
1、 根据公寓公司运营发展目标，制定公司运营管理相关制度、流程和执行标准，推动公司运营战略经营目标的实现，对销售业绩负责；
2、 负责建设和发展运营团队，满足公司业务拓展需要，负责下辖相关岗位的人员招募及培训鉴定；
3、 整体负责品牌运营管理，包括服务规范、营业培训、形象管理及价格定位等管理工作；
4、 负责所辖区域的整体市场工作计划的制定、部署及监督实施，提升品牌在所辖区域的知名度和认同度；
5、 负责协调处理所辖区域公共关系（政府、重要客户等）
任职资格：
1、 性别不限，35岁以上，本科以上学历，工商企业管理相关专业；
2、 具有中档酒店区域运营负责人2年以上相关经验；
3、 具有良好的创新能力、决策能力、组织协调能力、资源整合能力、谈判与表达、公关与沟通能力；
4、 熟悉市场流行消费趋势，具有敏锐的市场洞察力、良好的运营管理、营销促销组织能力、相当的财务知识和报表分析能力。
