职位描述：
1、根据公司制定的发展规划和策略，独立负责当地市场的公寓项目开发选址、拓展，商务谈判、合同签订工作，确立、发展并维护潜在的合作伙伴；
2、目标项目市场调研、数据搜集及分析，及可行性研究；

任职要求：
1、3年以上选址和物业拓展、谈判工作经验；
2、具有连锁酒店、公寓行业、其他连锁行业选址开发工作经验者优先考虑；
3、具有广泛社会资源和相应渠道；
4、大专以上，具备优秀的开拓能力，沟通能力强，良好的团队合作精神；
