Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for data mining projects and leading the efforts on consumer insights and loyalty analytics:

? Supervise and manage on project planning and implementing

? Work closely with various internal and external partners to ensure projects are executed with high quality

? Use data mining and analytical techniques to flesh out customer insights in loyalty program database (e.g. customer lifecycle analysis, customer segmentation)

? Consumer insights project design, execution, analysis and reporting to drive customer centric growth strategies and actions, including quantitative and qualitative market research projects

? Translate customer insights into actionable recommendations to inform business decisions

? Recommend the optimized customer targeting for all communications according to historical results and learning

? Monitor and research domestic CRM programs and provide benchmarking data

? Loyalty program regular reporting

Qualifications:

? BA/Master, good in English and Chinese

? experience in CRM and data analysis

? 3+ years project management experience to meet deadlines, achieve goals, and balance multiple priorities

? Strong data analysis skill with proficiency in the use of SPSS, SQL server database
