The leader for IT solutions within optical market is seeking for a technical leader for Asia/Pacific region. The company provides integrated solutions (hardware + software) to optical professionals. As the world leader, the company distributes its solutions worldwide among which all main Asia/Pacific countries (Australia, India, Japan, Thailand...). To reinforce customer satisfaction within the region, the company is seeking for a technical leader to improve services and after sales support towards its distributors.
 
Job duties are the following:
 
- Answer technical enquiries from distributors for whole Asia/Pacific region (phone, email, online remote access)
 
- Train local distributor technical teams onsite (installation, maintenance and troubleshooting): Business trips on a regular basis within the region (alone or with export sales manager)
 
- Ensure local distributors have the right knowledge on solutions (Hardware and Software)
 
- Apply internal after sales process and services and liaise with production team to ensure customer service is enhanced Position will be based in Shanghai Zhuanqiao in manufacturing plant office. The employee will interact with local staff and group headquarters based in France.
 
Skills and qualifications:
 
Strong IT related background (Windows, Linux and IT networks). Technical leadership, presenting technical information, dealing with complexity. Presentation skills, written communication, training.
