工作内容:
1、制定团队销售计划，负责项目可行性的市场开发策略和具体的销售计划的制定、执行和汇总报告；
2、负责销售团队的工作管理、业务培训和考核，带领销售团队完成具有挑战性的销售目标；
3、具有良好的销售意识和责任心，具备良好的协调组织能力，态度积极，富有激情，善于激励队员；
4、有很高的销售热情，有很好的销售团队管理和培养新员工的能力；
5、跟踪监督团队的销售进度，帮助队员解决销售过程中遇到的问题；
6、进行客户满意度的的跟踪及分析，帮助队员处理后续问题；

任职资格:
教育背景:
◆专业不限，本科及以上学历。
培训经历:
◆受过市场营销、谈判、项目知识等方面的培训。
经 验:
◆二年以上销售及领导团队的工作经验。
技能技巧:
◆具有销售、市场调查等方面的专业知识；
◆对市场营销工作有较深刻认知；
◆英语口语流利，口齿清楚，优秀的语言表达能力和沟通能力；
◆较强的应变能力、协调能力，能独立处理紧急问题；

有同行经验者优先考虑。

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for event delegate or sponsor acquisition
-Understand the program and help junior team members understand
-Assist Sales Manager in giving clear and relevant instructions to team members in terms of identifying the target market, relevant corporate and right designation
-Sell over the telephone and help junior staff sell
-Collect problems generated, and seek for solutions with Sales Managers
-Collect business information such as the new topics while selling
-Customer relationship management

Requirements:
-At least 1 year relevant working experience
-Highly self-motivated, passionate and persuasive
-Target-oriented, willing to work under pressure
-Strong business acumen and sound corporate knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
