岗位职责：

1.全面负责公司各生产基地的项目施工管理；

2.审定下级工作计划、大项维修工程的质量、进度，发现问题及时采取措施；

3.对项目进行追踪，按照进度计划提高相关部门执行计划，对生产设计提出整改意见；

4.审核设定设备更新、改造工程计划、大项维修保养计划，备件购入计划，并组织实施；

5.定期对管理人员进行培训，提高管理水平；

任职要求：

1.5年以上项目管理经验，有化工厂项目经历者优先；

2.有在正极或负极材料的大型企业从事过项目管理经验者优先考虑；

3.有良好的职业素质和团队精神、吃苦耐劳;

4.逻辑思维好，具有良好的沟通、协调和组织能力；

5.可接受短期及长期出差；

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the project construction management of the company's production bases;

2. To verify the quality and progress of the subordinate work plan, major maintenance projects, and take timely measures to find problems;

3. Track the project, improve the implementation plan of the relevant department according to the schedule, and propose rectification opinions on the production design;

4. Review and set up equipment renewal, renovation project plan, major maintenance plan, spare parts purchase plan, and organize implementation;

5. Regularly train management personnel to improve management level;  

Job requirements:

1.More than 5 years of project management experience, experience in chemical plant projects are preferred;

2. Experience in project management in large enterprises with positive or negative materials are preferred;

3. Good professional quality and team spirit, hard work;

4. Good logical thinking, communication, coordination and organizational skills;

5. Accept short-term and long-term business trips;
